DANCE ME TO THE END OF LOVEWorkshop Duration: 40-45 minutes max (2 workshops per day)
Age Guidance: For families with children 6+ Capacity: 15 people Lead: Bianca Beneduzi Partners: The Activist Body Space Dimensions: 8m x 7m This Segni Mossi inspired workshop invites people to take a journey through dance improvisation and intuitive drawing to navigate the rites of passage and remember our loved ones that already passed away, as well as the sense of community and otherness. Inspired by the song “Dance me to the end of love”; by Leonard Cohen, we would like to invite you to dance to all possibilities for a better world that are asking to be born! By exploring shapes and movements, playing with lightness and darkness, experimenting with colours and textures we will create a common ground to be creative and have fun. We invite you to explore movement and drawing simultaneously using sheets of paper and crayons, improvising in a multidisciplinary platform. We will experiment and create individually and in group. We will create a Moving Ofrenda to celebrate life and death! |

Capacity: 20 people Age Guidance: Suitable for families with children aged 4+ Lead: Michelle Amezcua Step into a world of vibrant colours, rich traditions, and heartfelt creativity as we honour Mexico’s Day of the Dead through arts and crafts! In this unique hands-on family-friendly workshop, you’ll learn about the magic of ‘Día de los Muertos’ while exploring traditional Mexican symbols like marigold flowers, monarch butterflies, hummingbirds, and the enchanting "Árboles de la Vida" (Trees of Life) charms crafted in clay.
